In a vegan #dieta it is expected to exclude all foods of animal origin and, consequently, the exclusive intake of plant foods. This entails the occurrence of a probable nutrient shortage such as: #proteine, #zinco, #calcio, #ferro, #vitaminaD, #acidigrassi # Omega3 and especially the #vitaminaB12. Among the many plant products that can be used as integrators of these fundamental substances we find: #semi of sunflower, chia seeds, #noci, almonds, #bacche of goji and countless other foods.
